Contractor engagement – Tender and appoint contractors/suppliers for planned maintenance.
Building condition reports – Detailed building reports which will identify short and long term maintenance budgets – these reports ensure that our clients are well informed and therefore are able to manage their cash flows and ensure their buildings are well maintained.
Building compliance services – We do monthly inspections and compile in conjunction with the various contractors to meet regulatory requirements.
24/7 response – We have a Australian based 24/7 call centre that is available to all the tenants which means we are always available and able to deal with any issues which may arise.
